Usually, we inform and publicize our event 4 months prior to date of event. Despite this if there is a clash of dates, we assure that your conference won’t be sidelined because of iJARS Conference and all opportunities to promote our associate conference will be considered without any bias.
We do not expect any invitation from institute for the Conference. However, if invited iJARS Board Member(s) will be happy to attend the Conference based on their schedules.

The conference URL (for Platinum members) will be maintained as long as iJARS Group exists, which means lifetime validity!!
However, the details on iJARS Conference Website will be removed 3 months after the conclusion of Conference.
We trust the Institute/Organizer and in welfare of all, we recommend the guidelines to be followed. There will be no cross-check or verification of guidelines.
Once we get your conference details, we’ll get in touch with you for more minute details. There would be an agreement signed over the association and terms and conditions considered. After that, the procedures will be followed as per the agreement.
We'd be equally happy to do so. However, the Guidelines for Jury, Paper Selection, Certificates etc would remain same. You may write to for knowing Assocation charges.
One of the most important aspects of Research lies in contributing and learning about the most recent advances in your field, sharing your work with your peers, as well as getting their feedback to enlighten your research path. We collaborate with Organizations as Publishing Partners. By such collaborations, all the Proceedings of Conferences, Technical Symposiums etc shall be published under special issue/regular issue of iJARS.
