iJARS Group will be happy to associate with all Educational Institutes/ Research Organization/Public Interest Groups/NGOs etc for organizing the conferences at their premises.
As a part of this association, iJARS would provide a platform for the Organization to conduct the conference affair smoothly. We’d be publishing all conference proceedings in Special Issue of iJARS Group Journals.
iJARS Group offers three categories of Associations:
- Platinum Association
- Gold Association
- Silver Association
- Bronze Association

iJARS Group provides all platforms including event website for conduct of the Conference. iJARS Group is also sole publishing partner, promotion partner and associating partner.
- Dedicated URL for each conference which will serve as CONFERENCE website. All processes from Posters display to submission of Papers and registrations will be carried out by platform designed by iJARS Group
- All accepted papers will be published in Special issues of iJARS Group Journals.
- Promotion about Conference amongst millions of iJARS Group Followers & Readers through mails and Social Networking Sites.
- Creation & maintaining of dedicated FB page for promotion of Conference.
- Up to 4 subject experts may be offered from iJARS Group side for assisting in selecting Papers for Conference.
- After completion of conferences, the pictures will shared as sideshow on iJARS Conference website as well as event URL.
- Certificate of Publishing bearing details of conference will be provided to authors in addition to any certificate issued by the institution/conference organizers.

- All accepted papers will be published in Special issues of iJARS Group Journals
- Promotion about Conference amongst millions of iJARS Group Followers & Readers through mails
- Promotion of Conference through iJARS Group Social Networking Sites.
- Subject experts may be offered from iJARS Group side for assisting in selecting Papers for Conference.
- Certificate of Publishing bearing details of conference will be provided to authors in addition to any certificate issued by the institution/conference organizers.
iJARS Group is publishing and promotion partner with one or more other Publishing partners.
- All accepted papers will be published in Regular & Special issues of iJARS Group Journals with mention of the conference.
- Promotion about Conference amongst iJARS Group Followers & Readers through mails & Social Networking sites.
The poster of the Conference will be shared on iJARS Conference Website and Social Network of iJARS Group for increased visibility of the event.
- The Jury details (which includes academic & professional qualification) for selecting conference papers has to be shared with iJARS Group.
- Depending on type of association, subject experts from iJARS end can be provided. However, it is not mandatory to include them in Jury and the institute will be free to exercise its will in this case.
- Although there won’t be any cross verification about the said guidelines on Jury, we trust the institute and believe they’ll follow them sincerely.
- The institute shall keep a check on plagiarism. Only genuine papers shall be accepted by the Jury.
- The selection criteria/parameters for selecting the conference paper has to be shared with iJARS Group.
- The score/grade of each selected Paper on the decided selection criteria has to be shared with iJARS Group. However, this will only for record sake.
- There will be no short listing/scrutiny of Selected papers from iJARS end. All accepted papers by Jury shall be included for publishing.
- In case, if a plagiarism case is reported by any third party, the institution will bear the sole responsibility of consequences. The only liability on iJARS Group is to remove the Paper from website and cancel the certificate(if issued by iJARS Group).
- Any certificate issued by Institution/Conference Organizer will bear logo and Mention of iJARS Group.
- The certificate format will be shared with iJARS Group before issuing the certificates.
- iJARS Group shall have no objection with Conference Theme, Venue or Date of conference. However, suggestions may be given based on our Experience of conducting conferences.
- iJARS Group will consider Conference Participating/Attending Fee as the internal issue of the Institute/Conferences organizers. iJARS Group will not interfere in it.
- The institute is liable only to pay the association fee to iJARS Group based on the type of association chosen.
- Depending on the type of association, iJARS Group shall promote the Conference at its best by all fair means.
- iJARS Group do not assure participation in the Conference.
